Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Sandwiches were relocated to a properly functioning refrigeration unit. Front curtain was closed over the unit and ambient temperature decreased to 40 degrees F during inspection. Curtain is to remain closed if sandwiches or other TCS foods are to be stored in this unit.
