Per the PIC, food items were recently stocked prior to inspection (unit observed to be overstocked). Food item portions were reduced and moved to colder refrigeration at the time of inspection. - Hash browns (tater tots) were observed held on top of the oven at 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Per the PIC, tater tots are cooked and held out of refrigeration for service. Due to time tater tots were cooked and temperature observed, food item was moved to refrigeration for proper cold holding. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling.
