Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, sausage and bacon were observed stored in the Reach-In Cooler at 44 degrees Fahrenheit with an ambient temperature of the cooler at 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Per interview with employee, fresh made hot tea was placed in the cooler to cool directly under the sausage and bacon. PIC removed the tea to cool outside of refrigeration at the time of inspection.
