The dish machine was run again and the final rinse chlorine sanitizer concentration measured at 0 PPM. Chlorine concentration shall measure between 50-100 PPM. The person in charge made a service call at time of inspection. Person in charge agreed to sanitize food contact surfaces in the three-compartment sink until the dish machine is repaired and chlorine concentration measures between 50-100 PPM
