Inspector notes: Observed an open container of half and half with no date mark in countertop refrigerator. The half and half was nearly empty and observed dark residue on the rim of the opening. After discussion with the bartender and person in charge it could not be determined when the container was opened. TCS food prepared and packaged by a Food Processing Plant that does not meet the criteria to be exempted must be clearly marked at the time the original container is opened and is held for >24 hours to indicate date/day the food shall be consumed on premises, sold, or discarded. The day the original package is opened counts as Day 1. The half and half was discarded by PIC at the time of inspection

Person in charge made a service request with onsite repair technician. Observed both drains draining properly at time of inspection, after the technician cleared the drains of both sinks. No other backflow issues observed
