Inspector notes: Observed metered handwashing sink near the kitchen entrance providing a flow of water less than 15 seconds. Metered faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds. Please repair metered faucet so it provides a flow of water of at least 15 seconds prior to the next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed dark residue on the interior of multiple soda nozzles at the soda fountain. Equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Discussed soda nozzle cleaning frequency. Please clean soda nozzles as freqeuently as necessary and prior to the next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Establishment’s only working refrigerator is out of order and all TCS foods/ cookie dough was discarded prior to inspection. No TCS foods observed on site at time of inspection. Please repair or replace by 10/14/24
