Observed 0ppm quat from the dispenser with the chemical supply bucket half full. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC manually added quat sanitizer until the solution measured 200ppm with a chemical test strip. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection
