Inspector notes: Throughout the store flies were observed in small amounts. A Couple were seen in the produce department. One fly was seen near the stockroom mop sink. One was observed in the back of the deli and bakery area. Please call your certified pest control specialist and have them inspect and treat. Establishment must be maintained free of pests, and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist
