Food contacted unclean equipment or utensils (corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed some frozen burger patties stacked up directly on the shelf in the tall two door freezer in the kitchen area. Food should be stored in such a manner to minimize potential contamination from equipment. The patties on the bottom of the stack were embargoed and the other patties were placed in a container at the time of inspection. Observed drinking ice directly in contact with the cold plate and hoses for the soda dispenser at the bar. The cold plate is not easily cleanable, so the drinking ice should not be in direct contact with the cold plate.
