Inspector notes: Observed QUAT sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) in 3-compartment sinks exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. The observed concentration was at 500ppm. Corrective action (CA): QUAT sanitizer shall have a concentration between150 ppm to 400ppm. PIC (Person in charge) was informed and instructed to dilute sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink to ensure the optimal concentration of 200 ppm and ensure the sanitizer dispenser is serviced.
