Inspector notes: Observed one employee drinking cup (disposable) stored on back shelf above bags and box fountain drink without lid and straw. EH advised PIC Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. Eh advised PIC Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. PIC is to move and instruct all employees drinks should be in disposal cup with lid and straw.

Inspector notes: Observed top lids of dumpster at rear of facility missing and side doors open. EH advised PIC that lids of dumpster should be tight fitting. PIC is to contact company to fix and remind all employees to close side sliding doors.

Inspector notes: Observed visible grease on curbed area outside back door. PIC walked EH through process for graining of grease and fryers are filtered through an automatic system and stored in a recycling area in back of facility (inside). EH advised PIC physical facilities are to be maintained. PIC is to follow up with supervisor, employees and grease recycle company to determine source of grease and how it can be resolved. EH also advised facility to clean area to remove grease.
