Inspector notes: Observed male employee working on the sandwich line with a bracelet on his wrist. (g) Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. EHS informed the unit supervisor and the Food Service Director.

Inspector notes: Observed PIC could not provide key drop agreement. PIC explained that company changed their delivery recently and now they are under key drop. Observed key drop receipt with temperatures. (f) Monitoring of Receiving during Non-Operating Hours. Employees are verifying that foods delivered to the food service establishment during non-operating hours are from approved sources and are placed into appropriate storage locations such that they are maintained at the required temperatures, protected from contamination, unadulterated, accurately presented, by routinely monitoring the employees' observations, maintaining receiving/corrective action records for deliveries during non-operating hours and periodically evaluating foods upon their receipt as specified within DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(3)(m);P...

Inspector notes: Observed leak at the prep sink faucet. (r) System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. EHS informed PIC of the need to fix the leak.

Inspector notes: Observed personal items(purse/jacket) on the shelving with facility items at the front counter. 2. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. EHS informed PIC of the need to designate an area for employee belongings away from food prep and storage.
