PIC stated that a maintenance request has been put in for the floor, but more than likely a third party company will have to fix it. Please remove the cardboard boxes off the floor and put a rubber mat down that is waterproof. The floor must be repaired within the next 30 days by January 5th. Please submit a completed work order to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by January 5th.
