Inspector notes: Observed that the sanitizer in the wet wiping cloth buckets exceeded the maximum limit; the sanitizer in the containers was over 200 PPM (test strips turned black) and the sanitizer in the bulk sanitizer dispenser jug was unmeasureable (the test strips would turn black and then started to turn white from being bleached). COS. New sanitizer solution was made. CA: Chemical sanitizer shall be used according to the requirements in the CFR.
