Inspector notes: EHS observed handwashing sink in kitchen only reach 63F. EHS spoke with PIC who said water heater went out and is waiting on new one to arrive. Violation: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. CA: Replace or repair water heater.
