Inspector notes: Observed black build up in small ice bin in front of drink nozzle machine in the front area of the facility. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch such as ice bins. PIC will have employee to wipe down small ice bin in the front area of the facility, and drain, clean, and sanitize it later on today.

PIC will put employee handwashing sign at employee handwashing sink near fryers and grills in kitchen area.

Inspector notes: Observed no hot water at the employee handwashing sink near the back of the kitchen area. PIC stated that it leaked and has to be repaired which is why it is turned off. PIC will work on getting it repaired or removing the employee handwashing sink since they have two more that are in distance to utilized when needed.
