Inspector notes: Observed two bags hung up on the handle of the heating cabinet/warmer. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. COS: Employee voluntarily moved her personal items away from the kitchen. Discussed with PIC to designate an area away from the kitchen where employees can store their personal belongings.
