The person in charge (PIC) didn't know what was going on with those items when it pertained to their date so the items were discarded.

Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Person in charge (PIC) states they do not have any beard restraints but will order them on their next truck. Make sure bearded employees always have on a beard restraint while prepping food.
