Inspector notes: Observed chlorine sanitizer below 50 ppm in the sanitizer bucket in the base of operation. CA: Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. PIC had employee to more sanitizer to the sanitizer bucket in the base of operation. I used a chlorine sanitizer test strip to test the sanitizer which was at 50 ppm at that time.
