Inspector notes: Observed coffee cup sitting in vegetable prep sink that had recently been used for straining something food related as food debris was in the sink along with the coffee cup. Vegetable prep sink should be used for prepping Fruits, Veg and RTE foods only. COS staff removed coffee cup from sink and cleaned the sink.

Inspector notes: Observed improper cold holding of large salad serving pan in service line 1. Both pans of salad were observed temping above 60 degrees CFSM corrected on site and discarded pans. All RTE Food Being Cold held must be at 41 degrees or below.
