Inspector notes: Observed Staff chopping salad lettuce with bare hands (not wearing gloves). Employees prepping food should wash hands and then put on gloves prior to working with Ready to Eat food product. Staff left station went to front of house the came back and observed her wearing gloves and hat. Notified PIC of action to correct
