Inspector notes: Observed foods the prep cooler and multiple items being held above 41 degrees. Must store below 41 degrees. PIC at the time of inspection stated a repair man was coming out. Do not put hot foods to cool down in the refrigerator as the temperature of the cooler is going up. Use the large reach-in cooler and ice bath if necessary.
