Inspector notes: Observed two soda gun dispensers in bar area, which one of them had a small amount of black mold-like residue and the other soda gun had a large amount of black mold-like residue. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed the nozzles right away to have them cleaned and sanitized.
