Inspector notes: Observed dairy - Half and half- stored at room temperature in the front service coffee station and gravy. The temperature of the dairy was 49°F and the temperature of the gravy was 69°F. corrective action (CA): all time temperature control for safety (TCS) shall be maintain at 41°f OR below for cold holding. COS: all concerned dairy and gravy were discarded.
