Inspector notes: Misc. Source of contamination- Mash potatoes were being mixed sitting on the side rack of the 3 compartment dish sink. Food Mixer needs to be placed on food prep stand when being used. Also dish sink cannot be used to thaw meats when dirty dishes are present in 1 of the compartments.
