Inspector notes: Observed dirty water stored in the hand-washing sink and being used as a dump sink. Also handwashing sink appeared to be clogged. Corrective action: the handwashing sink must be used for hand washing only and must remain accessible, unclogged, and cleaned at all times to allow proper handwashing and prevent contamination. If a dump sink is needed person in charge was instructed to use the second sink. COS: Handwashing sink was unclogged and cleaned during the inspection.
