A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. EHS informed the owner of the need to have lids on all of the restroom stall trashcans.

With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment. EHS informed the owner of the need to keep the dumpster doors and lids closed at all times.
