Inspector notes: Observed whole fresh fruits and vegetables at facility in reach in cooler and on storage table. Facility is only approved for commercially pre-washed, pre-sliced fruits and vegetables and does not have fruit and vegetable sink.. Advised must only get commercially pre-washed, pre-sliced fruits and vegetables or apply through our office for approval to have a fruits and vegetable sink.
