Inspector notes: At initial walkthrough it was noted that there were items held past their use-by date in the walk-in cooler, but once the walk-in cooler was inspected it was noted that these items had new dates and were marked with todays date. With the person-in-charge, we asked the employee who changed the dates if the food had actually been made today. Employee stated that no, the food had not been made today and that only a new date was added. COS. Discarded.
