Inspector notes: Observed employee handling raw beef and chicken with gloved hands and failing to remove gloves prior to switching tasks. Employee went on to contaminate several different surfaces and ready-to-eat bread. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. COS by discarding bread and instructing employee to change gloves.
