Also, observed exposed rust on the upper surface in the ice machine located in the main kitchen. Corrective action (CA): All food contact surface shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent stain, buildup accumulation of moldlike substance and inspect frequently to ensure units are in good repair so rust is exposed and may contaminated food. Person in charge was informed that ice machine shall be cleaned and service by 12/10/2025
