Inspector notes: Observed black build up on the inside of the ice machine wall and the drink nozzles in the drink/server area. Observed pink build-up on the metal chute of the ice machine. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Ice machine turned off, ice removed and discarded, then cleaned with a wiping cloth and a sanitizer solution (QAT) at 200ppm and left to air dry before turning ice machine back on. Soda nozzles scrubbed and then ran through the high temp dishwasher, final rinse temperature 160F+
