Inspector notes: Observed the drain from the ice bin of the Manitowoc Indigo NXT ice machine connecting to a pump which was connected to a drain line at the three-compartment sink. Corrective action: Provide an indirect connection for the drain line from the ice machine to the waste line as directed in the manufacturer's manual and as directed in Section N of the DPH Food Service Design, Installation and Construction Manual. . MUST BE CORRECTED BY AUGUST 7, 2025
