Intermediate - Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. At time of inspection establishment has scanned copies of the employee food handler training certificates for food handlers that work at both of the licenses properties. Spoke with operator on the need to have original certificates available. **Corrective Action Taken**
