Lemonade produced on property is currently on a warning from previous inspection from 9/26 - callback date due 11/26

High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee on grill observed wiping sweat off his face with a towel, he then placed towel in his pocket and continued working without washing his hands, manager address with employee, he then (several times) wiped his face with the back of his gloved hands and continued working without proper handwashing. **Warning**

Facility selling (fresh bottled lemonade onsite) advertised as fresh - not made within 12 hours, batch of lemonade in walk-in-cooler sitting in pot has a date made of 10/18, facility on a warning from previous inspection conducted on 9/26, bottles of packaged onsite lemonade in coolers and walk-in-cooler - not made within 12 hours, callback date of 11/26/25 **Repeat Violation**
