Hand sink installed in back right corner. 2 service windows installed with no air curtains, and windows are not self closing. Main kitchen: three compartment sink by mop sink was exchanged with 2 compartment prep sink and three compartment sink was moved next to dish machine Hand sink next to ice machine removed. Was replaced with two decker oven. Pizza station added with make table and oven where prep sink used to be. Additional prep table added by dish machine. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress.
