Inspector notes: All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.SOME OF THE FOOD RACKS IN THE 1ST FLOOR WALK IN COOLER ARE RUSTY. INSTRUCTED TO PAINT THEM WITH NON TOXIC PAINT. THE GASKET AROUND DOOR IN THE WALK IN COOLER ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS TORN AND IN POOR REPAIR. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE SO THE DOOR GASKET SO IT WILL BE TIGHT FITTING.
