HE STATED, " NO, BUT THE PERSON IS DOG SITTING AND COULDN'T LEAVE THE DOG ANYWHERE ELSE" EMPLOYEE CONSENTED FOR THE DOG TO BE INSIDE THE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT AND DID NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER TO REMOVE THE DOG. REVIEWED WITH MANAGEMENT THAT LIVES ANIMALS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OF A RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-40-060 CITATION ISSUED.
