FOOD HANDLER NOT WASHING HANDS PRIOR TO HANDLE READY TO EAT FOOD(DONUTS).OBSERVED EMPLOYEE HANDLING MONEY AND THEN BAGGING FOOD(DONUTS,SANDWICHES ETC)WITHOUT REMOVING FOOD GLOVES NOR WASHING HANDS. ALSO OBSERVED EMPLOYEE USING THE WASHROOM AND WITHOUT WASHING HANDS TOUCHED NON-FOOD AND FOOD PRODUCTS, THEN WASHED HER HANDS AT SET-UP THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. INFORMATION ON HAND WASHING GIVEN.
