Inspector notes: Equipment and utensils should get proper exposure to the sanitizing solution during the rinse cycle. The pizza cutters were observed being washed in the kitchens only exposed handsink and no sanitizing rinse was used. The 3-compartment sink must be set up and all food utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized properly. The sink was set up at this time.
