Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. A covered pan of cooked and portioned meatloaf was found on the same shelf with raw fish in the walk-in-cooler. All pans were covered and well contained. No migration observed. Corrective Action: PIC moved the meatloaf to be on the top shelf with other RTE foods.
