Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Two boxes of tortilla chips were found ontop of boxes of raw chicken in the chicken walk-in-cooler. PIC states that they got truck today. Tortilla chips come in frozen and are thawed in this walk-in-cooler on a shelf. Corrective Action: Tortilla chip boxes were moved.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.06(5)(a) Walk-in-freezer door is unable to close all the way. Top hinge appears crooked. Ice build-up in bottom corner. Ice machine front panel was removed and on the floor beside it. PIC states the machine was down yesterday and for some unknown reason maintenance didn't put the panel back up. Please cover.
