Inspector notes: Rotisserie chicken was observed held at 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit at the front hot-holding unit (hot plates w/ hot lamps). Hot-holding unit observed with lamp in poor repair. Per PIC, foods were placed on hot plates 3 hours prior to inspection. PIC elected to voluntarily disposed of food at the time of inspection. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be maintained at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above except during preparation, cooking, or cooling.
