Food items were voluntarily disposed of by the PIC at the time of inspection.

Inspector notes: The following equipment was observed in need of repair/adjustment: - The Air Gap drain at the kitchen prep sink was observed to be misaligned causing a leak onto the base of the cabinet the sink is set over. Air gap drain is to be adjusted to prevent spillage of liquid waste. - The 1st Floor Satellite Kitchen refrigerator was observed maintaining food temperatures at 49-50 degrees Fahrenheit. Unit was adjusted to a colder setting at the time of inspection. Maintenance staff were made aware of the observation of the refrigerator.

Unit was taken out of service and ice was disposed of at the time of inspection. Maintenance personnel began cleaning unit by end of inspection.
