If equipment is not washed/rinsed/sanitized on site, all equipment/utensils used for food service are to be sent back to the mother kitchen.

Per director, all elementary schools (including this one) are supposed to send utensils back in a bin daily to mother kitchen. Director stated that all schools will be reminded of this policy.
