Low Risk

Going back to 2024, The Fishery has three inspections in the public record. The newest entry in the record is dated May 6, 2025. Low risk indicates the latest report didn't flag anything that would worry the average customer.

The picture has improved over the last few visits: recent inspections have averaged around one violation, down from roughly three violations earlier in the record.

Across the inspection history, “person in charge present, demonstrates knowledge, and performs duties” is the issue that surfaces most often, recorded two times.

That falls roughly in the middle of the pack for Westerly restaurants. There isn't much in the file that would give a customer pause.
