Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, the 2-door low boy cooler in the front service area was in need of repair/adjustment. The unit was observed to be maintaining an ambient temperature of 48 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC adjusted the unit to colder setting at the time of inspection. (Recently prepped food containers were moved to colder refrigeration.) After adjustment, unit was observed to still be operating at 47-48 degrees Fahrenheit. Use of the unit for Time/Temperature Control for Safety Foods is to be discontinued until Serviced/Repaired and maintaining an ambient temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
