Inspector notes: Raw animal foods such as eggs were observed stored above beverage items in the walk-in refrigerator. Raw animal foods were not stored properly to prevent cross-contamination. Except when combined as ingredients, different types of raw animal foods must be separated from each other during storage by using separate equipment or arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented. (Eggs are to be relocated to the bottom shelf.)

Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, the following areas of the physical facilities were observed to be in poor repair... - The ceiling was observed to be dripping in the retail area. Per the PIC, the ceiling had a leak during the recent rain storm (The roof has already been repaired). Dripping water is to be contained to prevent possible contamination of food and beverage products. (The food and beverage products on shelving near dripping are to be relocated to prevent possible contamination.) - Ceiling tiles were observed to be stained/wet (Per the PIC from recent roof leak) - Light shields were observed to be stained and holding water (Per the PIC from recent roof leak) Per the PIC, roof was repaired since previous rain event. Ceiling tiles and light shields are to be replaced. The physical facilities must be maintained in good repair.
