Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, Reduced Oxygen Packaged Lobster was observed thawing in its intact packaging at 39 degrees Fahrenheit and Reduced Oxygen Packaged Clams were observed at 34 degrees Fahrenheit. REDUCED OXYGEN PACKAGED FISH/SEAFOOD that bears a label indicating that it is to be kept frozen until time of use shall be removed from the reduced oxygen environment prior to its thawing under refrigeration. Due to temperature observed at 39 degrees Fahrenheit in its intact packaging, Lobster was voluntarily disposed of at the time of inspection. ROP Clams observed at 34 degrees Fahrenheit were sliced open.

Inspector notes: The following areas of the kitchen were observed to be in need of repair/adjustment... - floor tiles were observed to be cracked/chipped - wall coverings seams were observed to have gaps in need of closure - the ceiling was in need of resealing - the wall at the electrical panel located in the kitchen is unfinished with wiring and wood framing exposed The physical facilities must be maintained in good repair. Per the PIC, the floor tiles are to be replaced in the off season.
