Inspector notes: The food contact surfaces of the deli slicer (previously cleaned) were observed with an accumulation of food and debris. The food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean to sight and touch. Deli Slicer was taken out of service at the time of inspection for proper washing/rinsing/sanitizing.

Scoop was properly adjusted at the time of inspection.

Inspector notes: The following equipment was observed in need of repair/replacement.. - a scoop used for dry ingredients was observed to have a broken handle (removed from use at the time of inspection) - the blade to the can opener was observed to be scored/chipped. Cutting or piercing parts of can openers, shall be kept sharp to minimize the creation of metal fragments that can contaminate FOOD when the container is opened. - the hand sink splash shield was observed to be loosely attached and in need of adjustment Equipment is to be maintained in a state of good repair and/or replaced as needed.
